A sure value of the appellation, Rose Perrière signs with this 2017 made from Merlot (80%) and two Cabernets, an astonishing wine in this vintage modestly described as "complicated". On the nose, a delicate woodiness rubs shoulders with perfectly ripened black fruits, cherry and liquorice. The palate is voluminous, velvety, with silky tannins and a long finish full of freshness which adds to its elegance.
