Expressive, with lots of aromas of sauvignon blanc, white flowers, tea, complex. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, with marked acidity, a mineral touch, crunchy fruit and incredible freshness. It is a very delicate white wine, without any heaviness. A total success.

Technical information

  • Blend: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Sémillon and 3% Muscadelle.
  • Pressing of the entire grapes, vinification in barrels
  • Ageing 10 months in French oak barrels with stirring of the lees
  • Alcohol: 14,5% vol
