Technical information

  • Blend: 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet France, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and3% Malbec.
  • All stages are carried out by hand (leaf stripping, green harvest, harvesting, sorting).
  • Cold pre-fermentation maceration, vinification partly in 500L barrels and malolactic fermentation in 500L barrels
  • Ageing in 225L and 500L 100% new oak barrels and in casks
  • Alcohol: 14% vol
  • Ageing potential: 10 to 15 years
