• Blend: 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Leaf removal, green harvesting, selective sorting.
• Vinification in vats
• Matured in French oak barrels

Château La Rose Perrière 2017 
Lussac Saint-Emilion

• Blend : 80 % Merlot, 10 % Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
• All the work is done by hand (leaf removal, green harvesting, harvesting, sorting).
• Vinification in 500-litre oak barrels.
• Aged in French oak barrels
• ABV : 14%
• Cellaring potential: 10 to 15 years

Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

• Blend : 83% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and  5% Cabernet Franc.
• All the work is done by hand (leaf removal, green harvesting, harvesting, sorting).
• Vinification in 500-litre oak barrels.
• Aged in French oak barrels
• ABV : 14%.
• Cellaring potentiel : 10 to 15 years

Château La Rose Perrière 2023
Bordeaux Blanc 

• Blend: 90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon and 3% Muscadelle.
• All work is carried out by hand (leaf removal, green harvesting, harvesting).
• Whole bunch pressing, vinification in barrels.
• Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels with stirring.
• ABV : 14%

• Hand-picked in crates
• Cold pre-fermentation maceration and vinification in 500 L French oak barrels
• Aged in barrels
• ABV : 13% 

Pinot Noir La Rose Perrière
Vin de France

• 100% Pinot Noir
• Hand-picked in crates
• Carbonic vinification of whole berries with stalk.
• Appropriate ageing to preserve the fruit.
• ABV : 14%
